Over the Top GREAT Customer Service @AffinityHealth
Posted By tommytrc On Sunday, February 7th 2010 In TommyLog Tags: affinity, affinity health, apology, business, Customer service, Health, service, sick, sorryThis story comes full circle. Today I received a phone call from the Affinity Health doctor that was responsible for seeing Baby Drew. I heard the 2 words that rarely if ever get said, I’m Sorry. She said I’M SORRY!!! I’m 100%, do not pass go, do not collect $200 BLOWN AWAY with the fact that someone called to apologize. How awesome is that!! When was the last time someone actually said “I’m sorry?” People screw up all the time, but how pleasant is it when someone actually admits it. A prime example of excellent customer service. Affinity Health has a customer for life and this is reason #1.

Every other week we have a breakfast tweetup at BlueBerry Hill. Well this week, Affinity Health offered to host the breakfast at St Elizabeth hospital. We had civic leaders there, the president of the hospital, their PR firm and many many others. Over 40 in all were in attendance. What a true testament to the friends I have here in NE Wisconsin. Its truly humbling the lasting relationships I have made.

Mamma in Denver
Posted By tommytrc On Friday, February 5th 2010 In TommyLog Tags: c-section, Denver, family, kids, love, madeline, Multimedia, Online Writing, Short story, tommytrcMrstommy is away at a “teacher conference” in Denver, Co. If she really needed time away, she could of asked LOL. The big kids mom had to write a short story reliving a part of her life. She picked the time when Madeline was born, breech. So not only was Madeline born C-section, but 1 week later, mom had to have her appendix taken out. A scary time for tommy watching your sweetie wheeled away as you hold your 1 week old. Yikes.

Child Support Stupidity
Posted By tommytrc On Monday, February 1st 2010 In TommyLog Tags: child support, kids, outsourcing, stupidity, tommytrcWell I get a call form my ex and she asks if child support has been taken out of my check. Aaaaarg. I hate this so much. I hate when people DO NOT do what the say they will do. Why can’t these people get their acts together. For some reason, payroll stopped taking child support out of my check and now I’m 2 payments behind. I’m a deadbeat dad!! HATE THAT!! So I spend 15 min on hold then 20 more talking to some lady in India… and it gets worse.
