How many times do you hear that someone “hates this” or “dislikes that” and it doesn’t come off in the nicest tone? This week dear Emma came home to tell me that she had dinner at Sarah’s. I knew they were having fish and knew she might not like that. Instead of saying she hated it or really disliked it, she said “Dad, that fish was not my style!” How awesome is that? I love the tone that she took.

Can you imagine if hate was stricken from the book and we replaced it with “Not My Style?” Think about it.

What a wonderful weekend we had. The Clifford’s went to Quarry Quest this year and boy was it AWESOME!!! So well done. So many great volunteers. So many things to see and do. Emma and Drew just had such a blast. THANK YOU all who made that event special

Emma got invited to a pirate birthday party hosted by the one and only Andy Crash for his son Patrick. We had a blast. Emma was so wired when she got the eye patch and pirate hat. Both Emma and Drew just love the Disney Junior show Jake and the Never Land Pirates. They just eat that stuff up! THANKS Andy for including Emma!!

So Emma and Drew each got bikes with training wheels on them this weekend. Not new new..but new to them and they could not be happier. These are Clara and Tommy’s old bikes…but who cares. I put on the training wheels and a bell on Emma’s and she was off to the races. Drew does not ride his, he just leads it around by the handle bars. Emma calls her bike bullseye and her name is Jessie… ala Toy Story.

We had an awesome big kid lunch this weekend with mom. So great to share lunch with everyone knowing everyone gets along so well. I know some people say its odd the way my ex and current wife get along so well..but it works and I really think that’s the way it’s supposed to be!

Out of the mouth of 3 year old Emma… “Dad we need to work together on this… ” What a great life lesson. Teamwork.

Some I find this ransom note outside my door at work from my stolen iPhone. I need to deposit $300.00 US into a bank account before I will see the phone again. Seems like a fair amount since AT&T wants to charge me $599 to replace my stolen one.. OUCH!!!

Emma and baby Drew’s tub time yesterday didn’t go as planned. EVACUATE!!!

We had the BEST Weekend. Playing and splashing and goofing off. What a blast the clifford kids have. We went jumping in puddles at the Appleton Farmers market. We saw @ohdaddy and @hostageek there too.

Tommy talks about phone service and poor customer service with one of his vendors. What a weekend. Emma had her 3rd birthday celebration at the house with all the tourville/ clifford kids. What a blast we had.

It was a big kid weekend in the clifford home. No better way to spend Easter weekend then with a house full of kiddies. I JUST LOVE IT!! Emma OD’d on Easter candy and baby drew is driving her nuts.
