Baby Drew – Get Better Soon
Posted By tommytrc On Tuesday, March 16th 2010 In TommyLog Tags: affinity health, Health, home, Medicine, Pink Lion, st. elizabethBaby Drew had a rough evening last night. Mom decided to stay home with him. Things just didn’t feel right so mom took drew to the Dr to see about his condition. They were extremely concerned about his lungs and immediately admitted him to St. Elizabeth Hospital. Baby Drew is int eh best care Affinity Health doctors can provide. He is eating, wetting and getting stronger every moment. Thanks Dr Warner for being wise enough to send him to the right place and THANK YOU Pink Lion and the people at St. Elizabeth for their extra special care.

Over the Top GREAT Customer Service @AffinityHealth
Posted By tommytrc On Sunday, February 7th 2010 In TommyLog Tags: affinity, affinity health, apology, business, Customer service, Health, service, sick, sorryThis story comes full circle. Today I received a phone call from the Affinity Health doctor that was responsible for seeing Baby Drew. I heard the 2 words that rarely if ever get said, I’m Sorry. She said I’M SORRY!!! I’m 100%, do not pass go, do not collect $200 BLOWN AWAY with the fact that someone called to apologize. How awesome is that!! When was the last time someone actually said “I’m sorry?” People screw up all the time, but how pleasant is it when someone actually admits it. A prime example of excellent customer service. Affinity Health has a customer for life and this is reason #1.

Friday Morning Pancakes – Affinity Tweetup
Posted By tommytrc On Saturday, February 6th 2010 In TommyLog Tags: affinity, engage, friend, Health, hospital, pancakes, Public relations, red shoes pr, Relationships, st. elizabethToday was truly an AMAZING day. Every other week we have a breakfast tweetup at BlueBerry Hill. Well this week, Affinity Health offered to host the breakfast at St Elizabeth hospital. We had civic leaders there, the president of the hospital, their PR firm and many many others. Over 40 in all were in attendance. What a true testament to the friends I have here in NE Wisconsin. Its truly humbling the lasting relationships I have made.
