Last night I got a great email from a Lori P about he helping find a quality summer intern for a Broadway play. This is just so cool that she would reach out to me after seeing some of the stuff I had done on social media and ask for help. now i’m not sure what i can do…but its sure very cool and an honor to be asked! I love you all.. The outpouring of emails, texts, DM’s and phone calls is just overwhelming. I can not help but have a smile on my face. People both internally and externally are stepping up and going to bat for Tommy. I guess the saying you reap what you sew is coming true as I’m having an outpouring of love like I have never seen before. Its truly amazing and I’m humbled to no end.

I have no idea where this is going but my time at HC Miller has been nothing but a blessing. To my HC Miller family and I call them family THANK YOU!

Tommy talks about a run-in he had with a former co-worker and his response to the question “How’s it going?” How said it is to hear, “Well you know how it is?” What a life to know you have lost a career and just have a job. How Sad! Why do people put up with going to work day after day if they are not 100% happy. I would hate that so much.

Lunchtime chats are back with my new job… SAY IT WITH ME!!! HECK YEAH!!!! So excited to work at a place where I can enjoy lunch and do a quick video or 2 or 3 w/o the HR police breathing down my neck. Nothing like good old “pig vomit” clamping down on ya. Well breakfast this morning rocked. Met some new friends and enjoyed their company. Always great to meet new people! Also @webjunkie applied for an IT position at HC Miller. Wouldn’t it be great if he got the job. Oh man I could die…

So it begins, day number one at HC Miller in Green Bay. WOW what a difference a change in jobs makes. I just love the people who I will be working with. I’m now best buddies with Steve the new IT guy, he has been here exactly 1 week longer then I. I’m also best buds with the HR manager. Her anniversary date is the same as mine. So amazing, SO GREAT!!!!! I’m in heaven!!!

Today after lots of soul searching, talking with friends and prayer, I put in my 2 weeks notice at the place I have worked for fourteen and a half years. Leaving my friends I have made there is not a move I take lightly, but this move is just the BEST move for me and my family. The ability to move from a HUGE printer to a much smaller one just makes sense. The ability to grow and to spread my wings and grow, its whats needed at this time. Today was a monumental day for me and one I need to share. I’m sorry for being such a sap, but you know how soft I can be and this is no exception.
