Another amazing Clifford family weekend with the big kids is under the belt. October is here and fall is in the air. A quick chat about good leaders and what makes a normal leader a great leader??? It’s only been one day but I already miss Tim at work. he was a super boss and a great friend. He will rock his new gig!

My network never seems to amaze me or let me down. I am so blessed by the contacts I have. I attended the New North Social Media Breakfast this morning and it was all about real estate. I know nothing of real estate but it was great to hear how others were using social media tools to help build leads.

Also talked about Tommy’s Cub Scout Arrow of Light and Clara’s big 12 birthday today!!!

Every new year brings exciting new challenges..its also brings cub scout pinewood derby time. Tommy and I love working together to build his car.

Winter storm in NE Wisconsin has dumped 4-6 inches on the ground Emma has what looks to be a mild case of pink eye… so off to the doctor we go. We wanted to see Dr Cruz, but Noooooooo he’s on vacation with his family. I think that Affinity needs to have a NO VACATION policy so we can see the doctors we want, when we want… I mean its all about us isn’t it? Tommy also spends a time talking about seeing AVATARin 3D the night before. WOW AVATAR has to be the best move I have ever seen!!! Ever ever ever!!! The 3D effects were just amazing!!! GO SEE IT!!!

It’s parent teacher conference time for Tommy and Clara. Jody and I always go to conferences together so we can better understand exactly how the kiddies are doing. Well and per usual, the both got glowing reviews. Not so when i was their age. I’m sure Tom & Sharon hated having to sit with my teachers and hear how terrible I was. Mrs. Messner, Mr. Nagle & Mr Domm all had a hit and had it out for Tommy. I was a great kid, too bad, no one knew it ~

Tommytrc, Clara and Tommy III embark on phase one of the Scouting 4 food campaign, operation door hangers. We helped deliver door hangers for the Scouting for Food drive in Little Chute Wisconsin.

Today Tommy went on a daddy daughter date with Clara. We went to Blue Berry Hill restaurant of Friday morning tweet up fame. Clara and I had a blast and its always as we eat breakfast and talked about things that Clara liked. Clara even took her hand and using the flip… Don’t quit your day job Clara.
